Can I cancel my order?

Each of my items is made specifically for the individual who orders it. Due to this, I cannot cancel orders once they are in production. I usually process orders within the day they are ordered.

If you need to cancel please contact me ASAP and I will try to work with you.


Do you accept returns?

Because each item is made to order, I do not allow returns for items that don't work with your taste or don’t fit. However, I always do my best to help ensure that my products will be a fit for you before you buy. 

If you have any questions please contact me before you order and I can help make sure you know exactly what you are getting.

Also, I can always offer you another size or design at my cost of production.


My item never arrived, what do I do?

If your item is lost in the mail, please contact me. Items lost in the mail are out of your control so I will make sure you get your order.

If the item's tracking information says it has been delivered but it is not physically in your possession, you must contact me within 3 days of the tracking's delivered date. 

If the tracking information shows it was never delivered US customers must contact me within 2 weeks of shipping date, and International customers must contact me within 6 weeks of the date shipped.

Lost items outside of these dates cannot be replaced free of charge, but I can always offer a replacement at my cost of producing the item.


My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted contact me as soon as you can. Damaged items will be replaced for free if you contact me within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.

If you contact me outside of that window I will be able to supply a replacement at my cost of the item for up to 30 days. 

Please send me pictures of the damaged item and the postage it was delivered in. I am more than happy to work with you to replace any damaged items.


What if I entered the wrong address?

Your items will be shipped to the address provided so please ensure that the information is correct. If you realize that the address on your profile is incorrect please contact me ASAP. I will do my best to fix the issue but if the order has already shipped there is nothing I can do.

I cannot send out free replacement items for customer error but I can offer the item at my cost of production.


What if I need this item Now?

If you need an item for a specific date contact me before purchasing and I will work with you to try to get your item to you in time. I cannot guarantee delivery dates because the postal service is out of my control but I will always do my best to get your items to you on time.


Why is shipping so high for multiple items?

My items are made at a variety of professional photography labs. Due to this, I cannot always offer shipping discounts on multiple item purchases. However, I always will when I can.

If you want to purchase multiple items please contact me before you order for a personalized shipping quote.


Do you sell wholesale? 

Bulk discounts are available. Feel free to contact me for details.


Can you make me a custom item?

I am happy to work with you on a customized or personalized product. We can use your original artwork or photos for the design and pricing is the same as my products. 

I am not a graphic designer but I am happy to discuss your ideas and if I cannot make them come to life I can try to find someone who can.

Please note that I use professional manufacturers to make my products, so I cannot customize elements outside of the design.
